1. Open thy doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour thy cedars.

3. There is a voice of the howling of the shepherds; for their glory is spoiled: a voice of the roaring of young lions; for the pride of Jordan is spoiled.
3. "Les bergers poussent des cris lamentables, Parce que leur magnificence est détruite; Les lionceaux rugissent, Parce que l`orgueil du Jourdain est abattu."

Two Shepherds
4. Thus saith the LORD my God; Feed the flock of the slaughter;
4. Ainsi parle l`Éternel, mon Dieu: Pais les brebis destinées à la boucherie!
4. Izao no lazain' i Jehovah Andriamanitra: Andraso ny ondry izay hovonoina,
5. Whose possessors slay them, and hold themselves not guilty: and they that sell them say, Blessed be the LORD; for I am rich: and their own shepherds pity them not.
5. "Ceux qui les achètent les égorgent impunément; Celui qui les vend dit: Béni soit l`Éternel, car je m`enrichis! Et leurs pasteurs ne les épargnent pas."
5. "Dia ireo vonoin' ny tompony, nefa tsy ananany heloka; ary ny mivarotra azy manao hoe: Isaorana anie Jehovah, fa manankarena aho; ary ny mpiandry azy koa dia tsy miantra azy."
6. For I will no more pity the inhabitants of the land, saith the LORD: but, lo, I will deliver the men every one into his neighbour's hand, and into the hand of his king: and they shall smite the land, and out of their hand I will not deliver them.
6. "Car je n`ai plus de pitié pour les habitants du pays, Dit l`Éternel; Et voici, je livre les hommes Aux mains les uns des autres et aux mains de leur roi; Ils ravageront le pays, Et je ne délivrerai pas de leurs mains."
6. "Fa tsy hiantra ny mponina amin' ny tany intsony Aho, hoy Jehovah; fa,indro, Izaho dia hanolotra ny olona samy ho eo an-tanan' ny namany sy samy ho eo an-tananan' ny mpanjakany avy; ary hamely ny tany ireo, nefa tsy mba hanafaka amin' ny tanany Aho."
7. And I will feed the flock of slaughter, even you, O poor of the flock. And I took unto me two staves; the one I called Beauty, and the other I called Bands; and I fed the flock.
7. Alors je me mis à paître les brebis destinées à la boucherie, assurément les plus misérables du troupeau. Je prix deux houlettes: j`appelai l`une Grâce, et j`appelai l`autre Union. Et je fis paître les brebis.
7. Ary hiandry ny ondry izay hovonoina Aho, dia ianareo ry mahantra amin' ny ondry. Ary naka tehina roa ho Ahy Aho, ny iray nataoko hoe: Fahatsaran-tarehy, ary ny iray kosa nataoko hoe: Fikambanana, ary nandrasako ny ondry.
8. Three shepherds also I cut off in one month; and my soul lothed them, and their soul also abhorred me.
8. "J`exterminerai les trois pasteurs en un mois; mon âme était impatiente à leur sujet, et leur âme avait aussi pour moi du dégoût."

9. Then said I, I will not feed you: that that dieth, let it die; and that that is to be cut off, let it be cut off; and let the rest eat every one the flesh of another.
9. Et je dis: Je ne vous paîtrai plus! Que celle qui va mourir meure, que celle qui va périr périsse, et que celles qui restent se dévorent les unes les autres!

10. And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.

12. And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.
12. "Je leur dis: Si vous le trouvez bon, donnez-moi mon salaire; sinon, ne le donnez pas. Et ils pesèrent pour mon salaire trente sicles d`argent."

13. And the LORD said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.
13. L`Éternel me dit: Jette-le au potier, ce prix magnifique auquel ils m`ont estimé! Et je pris les trente sicles d`argent, et je les jetai dans la maison de l`Éternel, pour le potier.
13. Ary hoy Jehovah tamiko: atsipazo amin' ny mpanefy vilany izany vola be nanombanany Ahy izany! Dia noraisiko ny sekely volafotsy telopolo ka natsipiko tamin' ny mpanefy vilany tao an-tranon' i Jehovah.
14. Then I cut asunder mine other staff, even Bands, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.
14. Puis je brisai ma seconde houlette Union, pour rompre la fraternité entre Juda et Israël.

15. And the LORD said unto me, Take unto thee yet the instruments of a foolish shepherd.
15. L`Éternel me dit: Prends encore l`équipage d`un pasteur insensé!
15. Ary hoy Jehovah tamiko: alao ho anao koa ny fitaovan' ny mpiandry ondry adala.
16. For, lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not visit those that be cut off, neither shall seek the young one, nor heal that that is broken, nor feed that that standeth still: but he shall eat the flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.
16. "Car voici, je susciterai dans le pays un pasteur qui n`aura pas souci des brebis qui périssent; il n`ira pas à la recherche des plus jeunes, il ne guérira pas les blessées, il ne soignera pas les saines; mais il dévorera la chair des plus grasses, et il déchirera jusqu`aux cornes de leurs pieds."
16. "Fa, indro, Izaho hanangana mpiandry ondry amin' ny tany, izay tsy hamangy ny naringana, na hitady ny tanora, na hanasitrana ny naratra, na hiandry izay mitoetra tsara; fa hohaniny ny nofon' ny matavy sady helakelahiny ny kitrony."
17. Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.
17. Malheur au pasteur de néant, qui abandonne ses brebis! Que l`épée fonde sur son bras et sur son oeil droit! Que son bras se dessèche, Et que son oeil droite s`éteigne!
17. "Loza ho an' ny mpiandry ondry tsy mahomby, izay mandao ny ondry! Ny sabatra no hamely ny sandriny sy ny masony ankavanana; halazo tokoa ny sandriny, ary ho jamba tokoa ny masony ankavanana."
