4. Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

5. But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

10. But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
10. Gloire, honneur et paix pour quiconque fait le bien, pour le Juif premièrement, puis pour le Grec!

11. For there is no respect of persons with God.
11. Car devant Dieu il n`y a point d`acception de personnes.

12. For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
12. Tous ceux qui ont péché sans la loi périront aussi sans la loi, et tous ceux qui ont péché avec la loi seront jugés par la loi.

13. (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

14. For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:

17. Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,

18. And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;

19. And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,

22. Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?
22. Toi qui dis de ne pas commettre d`adultère, tu commets l`adultère! Toi qui as en abomination les idoles, tu commets des sacrilèges!
22. Ianao izay manao hoe: Aza mijangajanga, mba mijangajanga ihany va ianao? Ianao izay mankahala ny sampy, mba mametaveta ny zava-masina ihany va ianao?
23. Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?

23. Ianao izay manao ny lalàna ho reharehanao, mba manala baràka an' Andriamanitra ihany va ianao amin' ny andikanao ny lalàna?
24. For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.
24. Car le nom de Dieu est à cause de vous blasphémé parmi les païens, comme cela est écrit.

25. For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
25. "La circoncision est utile, si tu mets en pratique la loi; mais si tu transgresses la loi, ta circoncision devient incirconcision."

26. Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
26. Si donc l`incirconcis observe les ordonnances de la loi, son incirconcision ne sera-t-elle pas tenue pour circoncision?

27. And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?
27. L`incirconcis de nature, qui accomplit la loi, ne te condamnera-t-il pas, toi qui la transgresses, tout en ayant la lettre de la loi et la circoncision?
27. Ary tsy hohelohin' ny tsy mifora izay mitandrina ny lalàna va ianao, izay mpandika ny lalàna, na dia manana ny soratra sy ny famorana aza ianao?
28. For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
28. "Le Juif, ce n`est pas celui qui en a les dehors; et la circoncision, ce n`est pas celle qui est visible dans la chair."
28. Satria tsy izay araka ny miseho no Jiosy, na izay miseho eo amin' ny nofo no famorana,
29. But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
29. "Mais le Juif, c`est celui qui l`est intérieurement; et la circoncision, c`est celle du coeur, selon l`esprit et non selon la lettre. La louange de ce Juif ne vient pas des hommes, mais de Dieu."
29. "Fa izay araka ny anaty no Jiosy, ary ny famorana dia amin' ny fo, amin' ny fanahy, fa tsy amin' ny soratra; ny fiderana ireny tsy avy amin' ny olona, fa avy amin' Andriamanitra."
