29. They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;

30. And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:
30. "Nous promîmes de ne pas donner nos filles aux peuples du pays et de ne pas prendre leurs filles pour nos fils;"

31. And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.
31. "de ne rien acheter, le jour du sabbat et les jours de fête, des peuples du pays qui apporteraient à vendre, le jour du sabbat, des marchandises ou denrées quelconques; et de faire relâche la septième année, en n`exigeant le paiement d`aucune dette."

32. Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;

33. For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.

34. And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law:
34. Nous tirâmes au sort, sacrificateurs, Lévites et peuple, au sujet du bois qu`on devait chaque année apporter en offrande à la maison de notre Dieu, selon nos maisons paternelles, à des époques fixes, pour qu`il fût brûlé sur l`autel de l`Éternel, notre Dieu, comme il est écrit dans la loi.
34. Ary nanao antsapaka izahay teo amin' ny mpisorona sy ny Levita sy ny olona ny amin' ny fanatitra kitay hazo hitondrana izany ho ao an-tranon' Andriamanitsika araka ny fianakavianay avy amin' ny fotoan' andro isan-taona, handoroana eo ambonin' ny alitaran' i Jehovah Andriamanitsika araka izay voasoratra ao amin' ny lalàna.
35. And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD:
35. "Nous résolûmes d`apporter chaque année à la maison de l`Éternel les prémices de notre sol et les prémices de tous les fruits de tous les arbres;"
35. "Ary mba hitondranay ny voaloham-bokatry ny taninay sy ny voaloham-bokatry ny hazo mamoa rehetra ho eo an-tranon' i Jehovah isan-taona isan-taona;"
36. Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God:

37. And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levites, that the same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.
37. "d`apporter aux sacrificateurs, dans les chambres de la maison de notre Dieu, les prémices de notre pâte et nos offrandes, des fruits de tous les arbres, du moût et de l`huile; et de livrer la dîme de notre sol aux Lévites qui doivent la prendre eux-mêmes dans toutes les villes situées sur les terres que nous cultivons."
37. "Ary mba hitondranay ho an' ny mpisorona ny santatry ny kobanay voafetafeta sy ny fanatitray sy ny voan' ny hazo isan-karazany, dia ny ranomboaloboka sy ny diloilo ho ao amin' ny efitrano ao amin' ny mpisorona ao amin' ny tranon' Andriamanitsika, ary ny ampahafolon' ny vokatry ny taninay ho amin' ny Levita; mba handraisan' ny Levita ny ampahafolony eny an-tanàna rehetra izay hanaovanay fambolena."
38. And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house.
38. "Le sacrificateur, fils d`Aaron, sera avec les Lévites quand ils lèveront la dîme; et les Lévites apporteront la dîme de la dîme à la maison de notre Dieu, dans les chambres de la maison du trésor."
38. "Ary ny mpisorona, taranak' i Arona, hiaraka amin' ny Levita, raha mandray ny ampahafolony izy; ary ny ampahafolon' ny ampahafolony dia hoentin' ny Levita miakatra ho ao an-tranon' Andriamanitsika ho ao amin' ny efitrano ao an-trano fitahirizan-drakitra."
39. For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God.
39. "Car les enfants d`Israël et les fils de Lévi apporteront dans ces chambres les offrandes de blé, du moût et d`huile; là sont les ustensiles du sanctuaire, et se tiennent les sacrificateurs qui font le service, les portiers et les chantres. C`est ainsi que nous résolûmes de ne pas abandonner la maison de notre Dieu."
39. Fa ho ao amin' ireo efitrano ireo no hitondran' ny Zanak' Isiraely sy ny Levita ny fanatitra varimbazaha sy ranomboaloboka ary diloilo, dia ao amin' izay itoeran' ny fanaky ny fitoerana masina sy ny mpisorona izay manao ny asa fanompoana sy ny mpiandry varavarana sy ny mpihira ary tsy hahafoy ny tranon' Andriamanitsika izahay.
