1. And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
1. Lorsque quelqu`un, après avoir été mis sous serment comme témoin, péchera en ne déclarant pas ce qu`il a vu ou ce qu`il sait, il restera chargé de sa faute.
1. Ary raha misy fanahy manota fa nandre ny feon' ny fampianianana sady vavolombelona nahita na nahalala, raha tsy manambara izany izy, dia hitondra ny helony izy.
2. Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.
2. Lorsque quelqu`un, sans s`en apercevoir, touchera une chose souillée, comme le cadavre d`un animal impur, que ce soit d`une bête sauvage ou domestique, ou bien d`un reptile, il deviendra lui-même impur et il se rendra coupable.
2. Na raha misy fanahy mikasika ny zavatra tsy madio, na ny fatin' ny biby tsy madio, na mikasika ny fatin' ny biby fiompy tsy madio, na ny fatin' ny biby mandady na mikisaka, izay tsy madio, ary raha niafina taminy izany, dia ho maloto koa izy sady ho meloka.
3. Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.
3. Lorsque, sans y prendre garde, il touchera une souillure humaine quelconque, et qu`il s`en aperçoive plus tard, il en sera coupable.
3. Na raha nikasika ny fahalotoan' ny olona izy, dia ny fahalotoana rehetra na inona na inona izay mampahaloto ny olona, ka niafina taminy izany, rehefa fantany izany, dia ho meloka izy.
4. Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.
4. Lorsque quelqu`un, parlant à la légère, jure de faire du mal ou du bien, et que, ne l`ayant pas remarqué d`abord, il s`en aperçoive plus tard, il en sera coupable.
4. "Na raha misy fanahy mianiana, manonona amin' ny molony hanao ratsy, na hanao tsara, na inona na inona hotononin' ny olona miaraka amin' ny fianianana, ka miafina aminy izany; rehefa fantany izany, dia ho meloka ny amin' ny anankiray amin' ireo izy."
5. And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:
5. Celui donc qui se rendra coupable de l`une de ces choses, fera l`aveu de son péché.
5. "Koa izao no hisy, raha meloka ny amin' ny anankiray amin' ireo zavatra ireo izy, dia hiaiky izay zavatra nanotany;"
6. And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.
6. Puis il offrira en sacrifice de culpabilité à l`Éternel, pour le péché qu`il a commis, une femelle de menu bétail, une brebis ou une chèvre, comme victime expiatoire. Et le sacrificateur fera pour lui l`expiation de son péché.
6. "Ary hitondra ny fanatitra noho ny fahadisoany ho an' i Jehovah izy, noho ny fahotana izay efa nanotany, dia vavy amin' ny andiam-biby fiompy, na zanak' ondry, na vantony amin' ny osy ho fanatitra noho ny ota; dia hanao fanavotana ho azy ny mpisorona noho ny fahotany."
7. And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.
7. S`il n`a pas de quoi se procurer une brebis ou une chèvre, il offrira en sacrifice de culpabilité à l`Éternel pour son péché deux tourterelles ou deux jeunes pigeons, l`un comme victime expiatoire, l`autre comme holocauste.
7. "Ary raha tsy afaka hitondra zanak' ondry izy, dia hitondra domohina roa, na zana-boromailala roa ho an' i Jehovah noho ny fahadisoana izay efa nataony; ny iray ho fanatitra noho ny ota, ary ny iray ho fanatitra dorana."
8. And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:
8. "Il les apportera au sacrificateur, qui sacrifiera d`abord celui qui doit servir de victime expiatoire. Le sacrificateur lui ouvrira la tête avec l`ongle près de la nuque, sans la séparer;"
8. "Ary hitondra izany ho eo amin' ny mpisorona izy, izay hanatitra izany kosa ho fanatitra noho ny ota aloha, ka hotapahiny amin' ny hohony ho afaka amin' ny vozony ny lohany, fa tsy hohenteriny;"
9. And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.
9. il fera sur un côté de l`autel l`aspersion du sang de la victime expiatoire, et le reste du sang sera exprimé au pied de l`autel: c`est un sacrifice d`expiation.
9. "Ary hamafazany eo amin' ny rindrin' ny alitara ny ràn' ny fanatitra noho ny ota; ary ny rà sisa dia hofiazany eo ambodin' ny alitara; fanatitra noho ny ota izany."
10. And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.
10. Il fera de l`autre oiseau un holocauste, d`après les règles établies. C`est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour cet homme l`expiation du péché qu`il a commis, et il lui sera pardonné.
10. "Ary hanatitra ny faharoa ho fanatitra dorana araka ny fanao izy; ary hanao fanavotana ho azy ny mpisorona noho ny fahotana izay nanotany, dia havela ny helony."
11. But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon: for it is a sin offering.
11. "S`il n`a pas de quoi se procurer deux tourterelles ou deux jeunes pigeons, il apportera en offrande pour son péché un dixième d`épha de fleur de farine, comme offrande d`expiation; il ne mettra point d`huile dessus, et il n`y ajoutera point d`encens, car c`est une offrande d`expiation."
11. "Fa raha tsy afaka mitondra domohina roa na zana-boromailala roa izy, dia hitondra koba tsara toto ampahafolon' ny efaha ho fanatitra noho ny ota ilay nanota; tsy hasiany diloilo izany, na hasiany ditin-kazo mani-pofona; fa fanatitra noho ny ota izany."
12. Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it is a sin offering.
12. Il l`apportera au sacrificateur, et le sacrificateur en prendra une poignée comme souvenir, et il la brûlera sur l`autel, comme les offrandes consumées par le feu devant l`Éternel: c`est une offrande d`expiation.
12. "Dia hitondra izany ho eo amin' ny mpisorona izy, ary ny mpisorona haka eran' ny tanan' ila amin' izany ho fahatsiarovana, dia handoro azy eo ambony alitara araka ny fanao amin' ny fanatitra atao amin' ny afo ho an' i Jehovah; fanatitra noho ny ota izany."
13. And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and the remnant shall be the priest's, as a meat offering.
13. C`est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour cet homme l`expiation du péché qu`il a commis à l`égard de l`une de ces choses, et il lui sera pardonné. Ce qui restera de l`offrande sera pour le sacrificateur, comme dans l`offrande en don.
13. "Ary ny mpisorona hanao fanavotana ho azy noho ny fahotana izay nanotany tamin' ny anankiray amin' ireo, dia havela ny helony; ary ho an' ny mpisorona ny sisa toy ny fanatitra hohanina."
The Guilt Offering
14. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
14. L`Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit:
14. Ary Jehovah niteny tamin' i Mosesy ka nanao hoe:
15. If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:
15. Lorsque quelqu`un commettra une infidélité et péchera involontairement à l`égard des choses consacrées à l`Éternel, il offrira en sacrifice de culpabilité à l`Éternel pour son péché un bélier sans défaut, pris du troupeau d`après ton estimation en sicles d`argent, selon le sicle du sanctuaire.
15. Raha misy fanahy manao izay mahadiso ka manota noho ny tsy fahalalana ny amin' ny zava-masin' i Jehovah, dia hitondra ondrilahy tsy misy kilema avy amin' ny ondry aman' osy ho an' i Jehovah izy noho ny fahadisoany, koa sekely volafotsy no anombananao azy, araka ny sekelin' ny fitoerana masina, ho fanatitra noho ny fahadisoana.
16. And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.
16. Il donnera, en y ajoutant un cinquième, la valeur de la chose dont il a frustré le sanctuaire, et il la remettra au sacrificateur. Et le sacrificateur fera pour lui l`expiation avec le bélier offert en sacrifice de culpabilité, et il lui sera pardonné.
16. "Ary hanao fanonerana ny amin' ny fahadisoana izay efa nataony ny amin' ny zava-masina izy, ka ampiany ny ampahadiminy izany, dia homeny ny mpisorona; ary hanao fanavotana ho azy ny mpisorona amin' ny ondrilahy izay hatao fanatitra noho ny fahadisoana, dia havela ny helony."
17. And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.
17. Lorsque quelqu`un péchera en faisant, sans le savoir, contre l`un des commandements de l`Éternel, des choses qui ne doivent point se faire, il se rendra coupable et sera chargé de sa faute.
17. "Ary raha misy fanahy manota, ka manao ny anankiray amin' ireny zavatra andrarana tsy hatao amin' ny didin' i Jehovah ireny; na dia tsy fantany aza dia meloka izy ka hitondra ny helony."
18. And he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.
18. Il présentera au sacrificateur en sacrifice de culpabilité un bélier sans défaut, pris du troupeau d`après ton estimation. Et le sacrificateur fera pour lui l`expiation de la faute qu`il a commise sans le savoir, et il lui sera pardonné.
18. "Ary hitondra ondrilahy tsy misy kilema avy amin' ny biby fiompy izy, araka ny anombananao azy, ho fanatitra noho ny fahadisoana, ho an' ny mpisorona; ary ny mpisorona hanao fanavotana ho azy noho ny tsy fahalalany izay nahadiso azy sady tsy fantany, dia havela ny helony."
19. It is a trespass offering: he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.
19. C`est un sacrifice de culpabilité. Cet homme s`était rendu coupable envers l`Éternel.
