2. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

3. And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

3. Il le jeta dans l`abîme, ferma et scella l`entrée au-dessus de lui, afin qu`il ne séduisît plus les nations, jusqu`à ce que les mille ans fussent accomplis. Après cela, il faut qu`il soit délié pour un peu de temps.

3. "Dia nanipy azy ho amin’ny lavaka tsy hita noanoa ka nanidy izany, dia nanisy tombo-kase teo amboniny, mba tsy hamitahany ny firenena maro intsony mandra-pahatapitry ny arivo taona; ary rehefa afaka izany, dia tsy maintsy hovahana kelikely aloha izy."

4. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

4. "Et je vis des trônes; et à ceux qui s`y assirent fut donné le pouvoir de juger. Et je vis les âmes de ceux qui avaient été décapités à cause du témoignage de Jésus et à cause de la parole de Dieu, et de ceux qui n`avaient pas adoré la bête ni son image, et qui n`avaient pas reçu la marque sur leur front et sur leur main. Ils revinrent à la vie, et ils régnèrent avec Christ pendant mille ans."

4. "Ary nahita sezafiandrianana maro aho, ary nisy nipetraka teo amboniny, ary nomena fahefana hitsara ireo, ary hitako koa ny fanahin’izay notapahin-doha noho ny filazana an’i Jesosy sy ny Tenin’Andriamanitra, izay tsy mba niankohoka teo anoloan’ny bibidia, na teo anoloan’ny sariny, na nandray ny marika ho eo amin’ny handriny, na ho eo amin’ny tanany; ary velona ireo ka niara-nanjaka tamin’i Kristy arivo taona."

5. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

5. Les autres morts ne revinrent point à la vie jusqu`à ce que les mille ans fussent accomplis. C`est la première résurrection.

5. Fa ny sisa amin’ny maty dia tsy mbola velona indray mandra-pahatapitry ny arivo taona. Izany no fitsanganana amin’ny maty voalohany.

6. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

6. "Heureux et saints ceux qui ont part à la première résurrection! La seconde mort n`a point de pouvoir sur eux; mais ils seront sacrificateurs de Dieu et de Christ, et ils régneront avec lui pendant mille ans."

6. "Sambatra sy masina izay manana anjara amin’ny fitsanganana amin’ny maty voalohany; ireo tsy mba ananan’ny fahafatesana faharoa fahefana, fa ho mpisoron’Andriamanitra sy Kristy ireo ka hiara-manjaka Aminy arivo taona."

7. And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

7. Quand les mille ans seront accomplis, Satan sera relâché de sa prison.

8. And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

8. "Et il sortira pour séduire les nations qui sont aux quatre coins de la terre, Gog et Magog, afin de les rassembler pour la guerre; leur nombre est comme le sable de la mer."

8. "Ka hivoaka hamitaka ny firenena eny amin’ny vazan-tany efatra, dia Goga sy Magoga, mba hanangona azy ho any amin’ny ady; tahaka ny fasiky ny ranomasina ny isany."

9. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

9. Et ils montèrent sur la surface de la terre, et ils investirent le camp des saints et la ville bien-aimée. Mais un feu descendit du ciel, et les dévora.

9. "Ary niakatra namaky ny tany izy ireo, dia nanodidina ny tobin’ny olona masina sy ny tanàna malala; ary nisy afo avy amin’Andriamanitra nidina avy any an-danitra ka nandany azy ireo."

10. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

10. Et le diable, qui les séduisait, fut jeté dans l`étang de feu et de soufre, où sont la bête et le faux prophète. Et ils seront tourmentés jour et nuit, aux siècles des siècles.

10. Ary ny devoly izay namitaka azy dia natsipy tany amin’ny farihy afo sy solifara, izay misy ilay bibidia sy ilay mpaminany sandoka koa, ary hampijaliana andro aman’alina mandrakizay mandrakizay ireo.

11. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

11. Puis je vis un grand trône blanc, et celui qui était assis dessus. La terre et le ciel s`enfuirent devant sa face, et il ne fut plus trouvé de place pour eux.

11. "Ary hitako fa, indro, nisy sezafiandrianana fotsy lehibe sy Ilay mipetraka eo amboniny; ny tany sy ny lanitra nandositra ny tavany, ka tsy nisy hitoerany intsony."

12. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

12. Et je vis les morts, les grands et les petits, qui se tenaient devant le trône. Des livres furent ouverts. Et un autre livre fut ouvert, celui qui est le livre de vie. Et les morts furent jugés selon leurs oeuvres, d`après ce qui était écrit dans ces livres.

12. "Ary nahita ny maty aho, na ny lehibe na ny kely nitsangana teo anatrehan’Andriamanitra; ary novelarina ny boky; ary nisy boky iray koa novelarina, dia ny bokin’ny fiainana izany; ary ny maty dia notsaraina araka izay zavatra voasoratra tao anatin’ireo boky, araka ny asany."

13. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

13. "La mer rendit les morts qui étaient en elle, la mort et le séjour des morts rendirent les morts qui étaient en eux; et chacun fut jugé selon ses oeuvres."

13. "Ary ny ranomasina dia namoaka ny maty tao anatiny; ary ny fahafatesana sy ny helo namoaka ny maty tao aminy; dia samy notsaraina araka ny asany ny olona rehetra."

14. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

14. Et la mort et le séjour des morts furent jetés dans l`étang de feu. C`est la seconde mort, l`étang de feu.

14. "Ary ny fahafatesana sy ny helo dia natsipy tany amin’ny farihy afo. Izany no fahafatesana faharoa;"

15. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

15. Quiconque ne fut pas trouvé écrit dans le livre de vie fut jeté dans l`étang de feu.

15. Ary raha nisy tsy hita voasoratra teo anatin’ny bokin’ny fiainana, dia natsipy tany amin’ny farihy afo izy.
