1. Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
1. Pour ce qui concerne les dons spirituels, je ne veux pas, frères, que vous soyez dans l`ignorance.

2. Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led.
2. Vous savez que, lorsque vous étiez païens, vous vous laissiez entraîner vers les idoles muettes, selon que vous étiez conduits.
2. Fantatrareo fa fony Jentilisa ianareo, dia nentina tany amin’ireny sampy moana ireny araka izay nitaomana anareo.
3. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
3. C`est pourquoi je vous déclare que nul, s`il parle par l`Esprit de Dieu, ne dit: Jésus est anathème! et que nul ne peut dire: Jésus est le Seigneur! si ce n`est par le Saint Esprit.
3. "Koa mampahafantatra anareo aho fa tsy misy olona ampitenenin’ny Fanahin’Andriamanitra ka manao hoe: Voaozona Jesosy; ary tsy misy afaka hilaza fa Jesosy no Tompo, raha tsy amin’ny Fanahy Masina."
4. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
4. "Il y a diversité de dons, mais le même Esprit;"
4. Koa zarazaraina ho samihafa ny fanomezana, nefa ny Fanahy dia iray ihany.
5. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.
5. "diversité de ministères, mais le même Seigneur;"
5. Ary zarazaraina ho samihafa ny fanompoana, nefa ny Tompo dia iray ihany.
6. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
6. diversité d`opérations, mais le même Dieu qui opère tout en tous.
6. Ary zarazaraina ho samihafa ny asa, nefa Andriamanitra dia iray ihany, Izay miasa ny zavatra rehetra amin’ny olona rehetra.
7. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
7. Or, à chacun la manifestation de l`Esprit est donnée pour l`utilité commune.
7. Fa izy rehetra dia samy nomena ny fisehoan’ny Fanahy hahasoa.
8. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;
8. "En effet, à l`un est donnée par l`Esprit une parole de sagesse; à un autre, une parole de connaissance, selon le même Esprit;"
8. Fa ny anankiray nomen’ny Fanahy teny fahendrena, ary ny anankiray teny fahalalana, avy amin’izany Fanahy izany ihany,
9. To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;
9. "à un autre, la foi, par le même Esprit; à un autre, le don des guérisons, par le même Esprit;"
9. Ary ny anankiray finoana, avy amin’izany Fanahy izany ihany, ary ny anankiray fanomezana ho enti-manasitrana avy amin’izany Fanahy iray izany ihany,
10. To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues:
10. "à un autre, le don d`opérer des miracles; à un autre, la prophétie; à un autre, le discernement des esprits; à un autre, la diversité des langues; à un autre, l`interprétation des langues."
10. Ary ny anankiray ny manao fahagagana, ary ny anankiray ny maminany, ary ny anankiray ny manavaka fanahy samihafa, ary ny anankiray ny miteny amin’ny fiteny tsy fantatra samihafa, ary ny anankiray ny mandika fiteny tsy fantatra.
11. But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
11. Un seul et même Esprit opère toutes ces choses, les distribuant à chacun en particulier comme il veut.
11. Ireo rehetra ireo dia asan’ny Fanahy iray ihany, zarazaraina ho azy rehetra avy araka ny sitrapony.
12. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.
12. Car, comme le corps est un et a plusieurs membres, et comme tous les membres du corps, malgré leur nombre, ne forment qu`un seul corps, ainsi en est-il de Christ.
12. Fa tahaka ny tena iray ihany, anefa maro ny momba ny tena, ary ireo rehetra momba ny tena ireo, na dia maro aza, dia tena iray ihany, dia tahaka izany koa Kristy.
13. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
13. Nous avons tous, en effet, été baptisés dans un seul Esprit, pour former un seul corps, soit Juifs, soit Grecs, soit esclaves, soit libres, et nous avons tous été abreuvés d`un seul Esprit.
13. "Fa Fanahy iray ihany no nanaovam-batisa antsika rehetra ho tena iray, na Jiosy isika na Jentilisa, na andevo na olona afaka; ary isika rehetra dia efa nampisotroina ny Fanahy iray."
14. For the body is not one member, but many.
14. Ainsi le corps n`est pas un seul membre, mais il est formé de plusieurs membres.
14. Nefa ny momba ny tena tsy iray, fa maro.
15. If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
15. Si le pied disait: Parce que je ne suis pas une main, je ne suis pas du corps-ne serait-il pas du corps pour cela?
15. Raha ny tongotra hanao hoe: Satria tsy tanana aho, dia tsy mba momba ny tena, amin’izany dia tsy momba ny tena va izy?
16. And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?
16. Et si l`oreille disait: Parce que je ne suis pas un oeil, je ne suis pas du corps, -ne serait-elle pas du corps pour cela?
16. Ary raha ny sofina hanao hoe: Satria tsy maso aho, dia tsy momba ny tena, koa amin’izany dia tsy momba ny tena va izy?
17. If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
17. Si tout le corps était oeil, où serait l`ouïe? S`il était tout ouïe, où serait l`odorat?
17. Raha maso avokoa ny tena rehetra, aiza àry izay fandrenesana? Raha fandrenesana avokoa, aiza àry izay fanamboloana?
18. But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.
18. Maintenant Dieu a placé chacun des membres dans le corps comme il a voulu.
18. Fa Andriamanitra efa nametraka izay rehetra momba ny tena, samy ho eo amin’ny tena araka ny sitrapony.
19. And if they were all one member, where were the body?
19. Si tous étaient un seul membre, où serait le corps?
19. Ary raha izay rehetra momba ny tena no tonga iray monja, aiza intsony izay tena?
20. But now are they many members, yet but one body.
20. Maintenant donc il y a plusieurs membres, et un seul corps.
20. Fa maro ny momba ny tena, nefa ny tena dia iray ihany.
21. And the eye cannot say unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
21. "L`oeil ne peut pas dire à la main: Je n`ai pas besoin de toi; ni la tête dire aux pieds: Je n`ai pas besoin de vous."
21. "Ary ny maso tsy mahazo manao amin’ny tanana hoe: Tsy mila anao aho; ary koa ny loha tsy mahazo manao amin’ny tongotra hoe: Tsy mila anareo aho."
22. Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary:
22. "Mais bien plutôt, les membres du corps qui paraissent être les plus faibles sont nécessaires;"
22. "Tsia, fa mainka ilaintsika aza ny momba ny tena izay toa malemilemy kokoa noho ny sasany;"
23. And those members of the body, which we think to be less honourable, upon these we bestow more abundant honour; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.
23. et ceux que nous estimons être les moins honorables du corps, nous les entourons d`un plus grand honneur. Ainsi nos membres les moins honnêtes reçoivent le plus d`honneur,
23. "Ary ny momba ny tena izay ataontsika ho kely voninahitra kokoa dia tafiantsika voninahitra bebe kokoa; ary izay tsy misy haja amin’ny momba ny tenantsika no hajaintsika kokoa;"
24. For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked:
24. tandis que ceux qui sont honnêtes n`en ont pas besoin. Dieu a disposé le corps de manière à donner plus d`honneur à ce qui en manquait,
24. Fa tsy mila izany ny efa misy haja rahateo amin’ny momba ny tenantsika. Fa tamin’ny nanamboaran’Andriamanitra ny tena, dia izay kely voninahitra no nomeny voninahitra bebe kokoa,
25. That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.
25. afin qu`il n`y ait pas de division dans le corps, mais que les membres aient également soin les uns des autres.
25. Mba tsy hisy fisarahana eo amin’ny tena, fa mba hifampiahy ny momba ny tena rehetra.
26. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.
26. "Et si un membre souffre, tous les membres souffrent avec lui; si un membre est honoré, tous les membres se réjouissent avec lui."
26. "Ary raha mijaly ny anankiray amin’ny momba ny tena, dia miara-mijaly avokoa izay rehetra momba ny tena; fa raha omem-boninahitra kosa ny anankiray amin’ny momba ny tena, dia miara-mifaly avokoa izay rehetra momba ny tena."
27. Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular.
27. Vous êtes le corps de Christ, et vous êtes ses membres, chacun pour sa part.
27. Ary ianareo no tenan’i Kristy, ka samy momba ny tena avokoa araka ny anjarany ianareo.
28. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
28. Et Dieu a établi dans l`Église premièrement des apôtres, secondement des prophètes, troisièmement des docteurs, ensuite ceux qui ont le don des miracles, puis ceux qui ont les dons de guérir, de secourir, de gouverner, de parler diverses langues.
28. Ary Andriamanitra efa nanendry ny sasany ao amin’ny fiangonana, voalohany apostoly, faharoa mpaminany, fahatelo mpampianatra, manaraka izany ny fahagagana, ny fanomezana hoenti-mahasitrana, ny fanampiana, ny fitondrana, ny fiteny samihafa tsy fantatra.
29. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?
29. Tous sont-ils apôtres? Tous sont-ils prophètes? Tous sont-ils docteurs?
29. Apostoly va izy rehetra? Mpaminany va izy rehetra? Mpampianatra va izy rehetra? Manao fahagagana va izy rehetra?
30. Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?
30. Tous ont-ils le don des miracles? Tous ont-ils le don des guérisons? Tous parlent-ils en langues? Tous interprètent-ils?
30. Manana ny fanomezana hoenti-mahasitrana va izy rehetra? Miteny amin’ny fiteny tsy fantatra va izy rehetra? Mandika teny va izy rehetra?
31. But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.
31. Aspirez aux dons les meilleurs. Et je vais encore vous montrer une voie par excellence.
31. "Nefa maniria fatratra ny fanomezana tsara indrindra; ka dia ny lalana tsara indrindra no hatoroko anareo:"
